July 20, 2011 I purchased a $1212 combo wheels & tires. I was told at that time it would take 12-14 days to receive them. On July 22nd I received an e-mail stating my address on the credit card was not correct. So I corrected it the following Mon. 25th. On the 29th I e-mailed my sales rep asking if they had been shipped and he responded with "Your wheels have been special order i will have tracking information on your order by Tuesday or wens-day". Obviously can't spell that shoulda been my first sign of trouble. On 8/3/11 I asked again any word on my wheels being shipped and my rep said "I should have tracking information from FedEx at the end of this week" and this never happened also. So again on the 10th I asked anyword on tracking? I got this response "The wheels come out of California tracking will be available at the end of the day around 8:00PM eastern time" and again I didn't get anything. The next day I ask again what's up? I got this response "The did not go out due to one tire was defective what i did for you i upgrade to Nexen N3000 for the same price give me a couple hours for tracking information" and again I got nothing not even an e-mail or phone call. So I say ok let me know something I need tracking info on these no later than tonight and he says "i will forward tracking information as soon as i have it i just have a 29 minutes convarsation with my warehouse manager i will let you know status later on today" so I did get this at about 9:30pm on my e-mail the 11th "Sir we have an issue two of the wheels arrived damage this was the last set those wheels are in back order the manufacturer said they will arrived soon or if you want to pick different wheels unfortunately they are un-derivable". Is that suppose to be undeliverable? Anyway, So I said just give me my money back sorry I can't wait any longer on tires. I got this e-mail in response on the 12th of August "I am sorry about all this inconvenience you order have been cancel and you will receive a second email from accounting with the full refund confirmation" and of course you guessed it I never received that e-mail confirmation and to this day I have not received it! So I asked on the 12th when could I expect the e-mail from accounting? I got this response "As soon as they refund your money they will be sending and email with confirmation i already summit the cancellation usually they respond in 24 hours if is not today it will be on Monday the money will reflect in your account 48 to 56 hours after the refund is issue." So on the 15th when I could not get my sales rep to answer the phone after multiple phone calls & voicemails I spoke to a 2nd rep and he supoosedly was taking care of this issue since apparently my other rep hadn't even forwarded my cancellation request according to him. So I asked this rep also when I could expect to see my refund on my card and he said "It takes 5-7 business days for the money to reach the account, it cant just appear in your account the same day. Your going to have to give it some time. Sorry for the inconvenience. Have a great day" which never happened. So as you can imagine by now I am absolutely livid with this company. So I again call and speak to another guy, now the 3rd rep, he informs me they have had issues with sales reps and he would get this taken care of and of course he did not. So on August 26th I called one last time before I walked into my bank and informed them I wanted my refund now and if he couldn't get it done then I was done messing with you and your company. He said "I'm sorry I can't do that accounting says the refund has been issued I don't know why it hasn't shown up, but you gotta do what you gotta do". So I walked into my bank ORNL Federal Credit Union and they instantly credited my account the $1212 so I no longer had to deal with this poor excuse for a company and the 3 reps that represent them. Now they can deal with the bank and the bank is going after them for the money! Please do not deal with this company if you want to do good business.

I don't recommend buying anything from these guys. I ordered some rims from them over two months ago. It is almost impossible to get thru to them and you keep getting the same bs excuses for why your rims aren't in yet. I hope no one else has to deal with this bs so don't bother ordering anything from these guys are you will be sorry.
