Stay away


On 08/20/11 I ordered wheels online from wheelsnext.com . On 8/22/11 Ralph called and left voicemail for me to call him. I tried immediatley to return call but couldnt get ahold of anybody. I then called back 8/23/11 he said the wheels that I had picked are no longer available from the manufacturer. Said he would send me an email with like wheels to choose from. I chose my wheels and called his voicemail for him to call me. He called me back at the end of the day and said it would be no problem I would have the wheels in two weeks he would keep me up to date emailing me all the info. On 9/8/11 I called and was placed on hold twice for over 20 minutes both times and was disconnected both times before I ever got to speak with someone. The third time I called I asked to speak to the owner or manager and they put me throught to my salesman who now can pick up the phone. He told me the wheels were mismarked and were reordered and he was getting ready to give me a courtesy call and I would have the wheels in a week and a half. If I didn't want to wait he understood and would give me a full refund. I asked him what day was a week and a half and he said he didnt know he would have to contact the wheel company and reorder. So being tired of being yanked around I asked for a refund. On 9/14/11 I called and spoke to somebody in customer service told him about my problem and he said that salesman has been terminated for taking orders and not placing them. I asked him where my refund was and he said it takes 7 to 10 business days it says it on the website and I would be getting a full refund, the ticket was put in on the 8th. So now I call them on 9/28/11 after 30 minutes on hold, they said I should get it in 3 more business days. I told them that they said 7 to 10 from the 8th, he said he didnt work in accounting he didnt know what to tell me. I asked to speak to an owner he said he only comes in once a week and wasnt there. I told him if I didn't get my money I would be contacting the Florida Attorney General and he said "you go ahead and do that sir."
They also claim to be a member of the BBB and this is what it states on the website under about us. Wich they are not and have 137 complaints against just one of their 4 addresses
In 2007, WheelsNext was awarded for the 5th year in a row, the BBB`s highest ranking for an automotive wheel and tire retailer. BBB files state that WheelsNext has, "a satisfactory record…and has been responsive to any matters brought to its attention by the Bureau."

I filed a BBB report as well. TERRIBLE COMPANY! At least you got transferred to someone... When i asked to speak with a manager and he gave me attitude and hung up on me.
